Founded by educator and systems-builder Te’Niece E. Dixon, M.Ed., SEED is rooted in over 15 years of experience driving inclusive, transformative change in education and leadership spaces. Our work is more than a service—it’s a movement toward equity, legacy, and lasting impact.
