About SEED Summit Co.
Where Purpose Grows and Legacies Rise

Why SEED Exists
Our Story
SEED Summit was born out of a call — to stand in the gap.
Founded by educator, advocate, and change-agent Te’Niece E. Dixon, M.Ed., SEED stands for Sewing Environmental Equity Development — a vision rooted in faith, fueled by lived experience, and backed by research.
After more than a decade of service in public and charter schools — as a teacher, mentor, special education leader, principal, and instructional coach — Te’Niece recognized a deeper need: not just to serve students, but to transform the environments shaping them.
From classrooms to boardrooms, SEED Summit partners with communities to cultivate culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and equity-driven systems that don’t just comply — but truly care.
At SEED Summit, we believe equity isn’t just an initiative —it’s an environment.
One that must be cultivated with intention, compassion, and bold leadership.
The Heart Behind SEED Summit Co.

SEED Summit Co. was born from a deep calling: to transform broken systems through faith, equity, and restoration.
Our founder, Te’Niece Dixon, knew early in her journey that real change requires more than policy — it requires healing, hope, and a community committed to nurturing purpose in every generation.
Raised amid challenges that demanded resilience, Te’Niece’s personal and professional experiences shaped the vision for SEED Summit: to stand in the gap where trauma meets triumph, and where legacy is raised intentionally with love, equity, and faith at its core.
“I don’t just believe in change — I believe in restoration. True transformation happens when we address pain with purpose and lift each other as we grow.”
